Daniel, Many thanks for this help! I have tried to teach myself QuickBasis a few years ago, but didn't stick with it. Actually, I've picked up quite a bit from just reading the scans that came with QP. Making minor changes here and there and finding they will still run. I would like to see a way to copy a line or two and just paste it back in where I wanted it in a new scan. Haven't found that yet. I've printed your post and will file it with my other QP "helpers". Thanks again! Ken
