GB, Do you know why it POKR would be trading at 0.27 after this news. Seems to me its a no lose. They must give 0.62 worth of AVIA for each share of POKR after merger regardless of the share price of AVIA at that time. Just might be a big sell off of AVIA after merger. People taking their profit. BTW, looks like merger is 60 days off - I can wait 60 days for this kind of return. Am I missing something? Eric
