Rick, I've been following this thread for quite some time and I'm interested in what all posters have to say about FSCX. I have two questions for you: 1) How do you know that the lawyers for both sides are talking and have had court appearances?, and 2) If the sides did in fact appear before the judge, wouldn't a court transcript be available, thereby providing interested parties with a least a clue of what was going on? Listen, I'm long on this baby too- too long in fact. We all could use some good news, but I've personally talked to Rafferty regarding whether the sides were talking. His response was a definitive-NO. Based upon all my discussions with Rafferty, if the parties were in fact talking and he didn't think it that the he should say anything, he would have responded with a statement something like " I can't talk about it". Really what I'm saying is, if you know something regarding court dates- post whatever information you have, but for the interest of all of us FSCX shareholders, give us something that we can both verify and follow-up on.
