I guess we will have to look at the financial reports for IAS, because I'm not sure if Yahoo! updates their insider trading info to show what actually happened. In past financial reports, Neldon Johnson, the president of IAS, has indicated that he sold shares privately.
I have noticed in the past that Yahoo!'s finance section is very often incomplete and inaccurate. They don't update on a regular basis and often only list 'planned sales' when actual sale have taken place.
In many cases, they don't even list all of the 'planned sales'.
