DMB,

Thanks for the thoughts. It sounds like you are saying this is a POTENTIAL timebomb so people are staying away, but you personally feel that it will not explode and when others realize that they will feel "safe" holding this thing again.

That makes perfect sense to me and that is why LSI should be talking more so people don't listen so hard for the "ticking". You know how it is when you listen real hard, you can make yourself believe you are hearing something that is not there (kind of like a mirage).

Well, even though I have more info on this company than 90% of the people out there now I am hearing that "ticking" sound too and I am not sure if it is real or not. The problem is the POTENTIAL is very real, all the pieces for a disaster are there and that makes it easier to believe. If the price drops much further, it won't make sense to do a half sale so the point will be mute. It is still just so hard to believe that in such a great environment for stocks that these potential fears couldn't be put to rest, at least for a few weeks. I guess that says how entrenched they are in peoples minds.

With the momentum they talked about on the last call, in areas of the industry that are still growing nicely I thought the fab transition could be accepted as reasonably safe. I was definately wrong in that regard and that is why I am kicking myself now (although I still contend that if business is indeed still strong that LSI could have avoided this panick attack by investors by providing more information).

Thanks for your words of wisdom, they are appreciated
