I think we haven't yet seen the biggest stuff come out.

It's a little interesting to me that today's announcement was made so far after the fact. If this were NRID, they would announce that they intended to have discussions with the State and hoped this would lead to the shipment of 10,000 lives scans. (This is not an endorsement of that approach, merely an observation on different corporate cultures.)
