Hello Irene, Don't let the negative types bug ya. I've never seen you tell anyone to do anything but make their own decision...I'm the same way which is why I like it here(GGGGGG). Interesting development today. Stock retirement is great. Cessation of legal fees is even gooder. I'm unclear about the arms length agreement but I hope what I think it means is correct. That will take more investigating. Thanks for all your work... MH
