Kathleen,

The Westergaard site is down because Abella was fired by Westergaard for telling stockholders of a company, that Westergaard was hired to do PR work for, to sell their stock. He did this at the same time that someone who was short (in a big way) was trying to shake shares lose to cover. The company thinks he was working with the short. He denies it, but the company has hired Attorneys and Investigators with the intent of going after the short and anyone who passed information to them. I heard it will also involve criminal prosecution, if anything can be proved. I also heard that there may be a very large civil suit coming to recover what investors lost because of the manipulation.

Yesterday I was informed Westergaard had hired someone to take Abella's place and the site should be up again, but I don't know when.

Rick
