TO ALL WHO WANT TO BASH TO ALL WHO ARE TVL SHAREHOLDERS I am amazed that only Page responded (or should I be) to my post. The info given was after I called IR at Century. Following my post I saw the bashing continue and Page did not respond to the suttle challenge of the conference phone call he could have had but never did with Century. As usual he did not address issues honestly. BECAUSE OF ALL THE DRIBBLE POSTED TODAY I personally called Ingram Entertainment and talked to the administrative department. Here is their response which addresses some of the posts made by the bashers: 1. Sound view patent is dead in three months time! 2. V-gis is a different technology! 3. Ingram's attorneys investigate TVL's pending patent technology for obvious reasons (marketing a product that is not patented properly means they would have to take the product off the shelf). The patent issue is "not relevant." 4. Ingram is working on orders at present 5. The hold up for encoding is the NBC 6. In the first week-and-a-half in August there will be a limited shipment made to market 7. There is to be an advertising compaign which will start the 15th of August (approximately) 8. Full distribution will begin the last week of August ONLY SOMEONE IGNORANT WILL DARE CHALLENGE THE "TELEPHONE NUMBER" I CALLED. I recall this being once an issue here. You can get it yourself. You know who you are. It is on the web site. If you do not know how to get there, then it indicates the intelligence you have used to bash away at a CANADIAN Company. Get with it. We are in a Global economy where industry around the world is making significant contributions. There is no use indimidating me either. I have the facts, I have given them to those who have been challenged. To the challenged who invested in TVL, I hope this will help you make your own decision as to the credibility and worth of this company in years to come. Personally I have no trouble investing in them. For you it may be different. I have a significant investment in this company. That is why I dug the above information out. Sincerely BK
