I would have bought NEM today if they had all my funds transferred to my new broker. Take a look at DBRSY @ 18 7/8 with a 5.7% yield and let me know what you think of it as a "defensive" stock. It's my next buy. I could probably use some defense now: I actually bought LCOS today instead of the drillers...... if you can't join 'em at the low, join 'em at the high, I says.....and I find the Internet Gateways SO MUCH MORE fundamentally attractive than the drillers ;-)
