SHUBLU, Your last post to alien clearly indicates that you may have heard something about an AZA buy out but that you are only guessing on the price. I can tell you right now that there is absolutely no chance of Vivus selling out at $12.00/share. They know that if things pan out the stock will eventually trade in the 20's. Wilson may be dumb but he's not that dumb. Seeing that he owns 1/2 million shares it would seem very unlikely for him to take such a large loss for not being willing to wait at least until Q3 earnings. IMO, if Vivus is not bought out soon at a price near 20, it will trade over 20 by Q4 earnings if Q3 and Q4 numbers are good.
