blue sky is a term used by state commissions which will allow a security to trade or not within that states juridiction.Some states require a company to file certain data with them to clear them for trading thus the term blue sky or all is clear.It is better for a company to be cleared in all states so there is no artifical restraint for people to buy or sell.Stock seems to be acting well and building a nice base in this turbulent market. RB tried to talk to bunte but he is in salt lake city on what seems to be a biggie.Maybe he is selling a system to desalt the great salt lake(ggg). But I dont want to put a bee in anybody's bonnet. Oh the double entandre's?
