Eric, I just did a little checking - since I had nothing better than wonder when my Mylex stock is going to go up - on whether or not either of the after hours trades could have been buying by Mylex. I recalled that there was some timeframe when Mylex was prohibited from buying shares so as not to be considered doing "insider trading."

Anyhow, it appears that Mylex could not purchase shares one week before the quarter closes (so they would have had to exit the market June 20) and then wait until two (maybe three) days after the earnings are reported.

Anyhow, let's hope they were loading the truck up this past quarter as I'd hate to think we'll see these low prices again.
