News is a big plus given distribution channels of RNWK. Some comments about VDAT after additional DD:

1. A lot of large shareholders and insiders unloaded during IPO, although not since then.

2. Not too many business videos thus far on PRNewswire - a few done months ago but none or little recent ones the last time I checked.

Again the RNWK is positive but its important to look at entire picture .
