Thanks, BCB. Imperial has been the mighty news-quasher, granted. But they are a mammoth, and will be a key part of making this deal go.
Bearcat Explorations has a web cite as many know:
www.Bearcat.ab.ca
Which, is where I discovered the flaws of my memory, with regard to the rights offering. The actual terms are as this:
"CALGARY, ALBERTA, June 25, 1998 - Bearcat Explorations Ltd. announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has extended the expiry date for the exercise of Series A Warrants from June 30, 1998 to September 30, 1998 and for the exercise of Series B Warrants from September 30, 1998 to November 30, 1998. Two Series A Warrants will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share at any time on or before 4:30 p.m. (local time) on September 30, 1998 at an exercise price of $1.50 per common share. Five Series B Warrants will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share at any time after July 1, 1998 and on or before 4:30 p.m. (local time) on November 30, 1998 at an exercise price of $3.00 per common share."
A similar deal for STF.
Still time. I am hoping!
Thankyou, Phylo. |
