John:

My Dad bought in at 20 after talking to some Polaris suppliers and doing the normal amount of research into their history. They are strongly managed with a history of research innovation and stockholder friendly policies (stock buy back, dividend). Their earnings growth is phenomenal and they lead or challenge in every market segment.

The stock is 30% off its high after disappointing earnings forecasts because of saturation in the personal watercraft industry.

There is recurring speculation that they will challenge Harley in motorcycles.

If you believe that the recreational equipment market is growing then you know Polaris will be there.

Regards,

Bruce
