Let me say that what follows is PURE speculation.The stock goes from .20 to 8 then to .38 Hello is anybody watching. Then there is rampant rumors about huge short positions to be covered.Shady people with cheap stock. Well I think it is possible that in fact the brokers were upside down and needed stock and that may have been restricted. The sec would be very interested in such a scenario or some combination of the above. If this or something like this plays out it is very likely that drom management is completely innocent in this whole mess and can only be faulted for issuing stock to people who used it illegally.
The outcome could be mm's censured and those who have profited illegally fined and worse. Hopefully this would then leave drom in a stronger position because you then would be dam well sure that they would be purer than ceasar's wife in the future.
