The Bottom Line:

1. If the FastComm FRAD product is as good as FastComm claims in their many press releases and;

2. FastComm has assembled an experienced sales force as announced in their many press releases and;

3. FastComm has established many strategic business relationships as announced in their many press releases;

Why doesn't FastComm have the resources to resolve the Davison judgement?

I think FastComm was headed for a Chapter 11. Davison just accelerated the process.
