Can someone please enlighten me what the reason was for DLJ to downgrade from a buy to a hold today ??..Where was this guy when the stock was 55 ???..If that had not occured CMOS was poised to move higher...It just continues to amaze me how these Analysts keep their jobs...Anyone who can look out a year probably has a double in this stock....The timing of the downgrade was puzzling....Credence reports August 18th before the open...We might get a pre-announcement but the downside at this point appears to be limited ...Jasper
