Stoo, this is a strange situation indeed. How could Ledoux do it wrong??? I don't know what to say. When something is this ambiguous, I would think the results should not be released until the ambiguity is resolved (despite admitted shareholder, including myself, hunger for results). Otherwise, we are going to have wholesale speculation here, and I doubt any of it is going to be positive. I know the company is concerned with proper reporting, particularly with the ASC hearing going on. However, I'm not so sure that not reporting until Ledoux provides a clear (or at least clearer) picture of the problem would be improper (that is, assuming the problem is at Ledoux's end, it may not be). Clarification is needed desperately from a Naxos representative like Kim B.
