Good that you made a decision. I was told there were 1.5 million
shares in 504. May be they lied - I need to confirm that.

KANA has lot of merits, but its 504 placement was probably
a terrible mistake.

I don't think volume alone can tell us how many shares are
in the market, since shares change hands more than once (even
in a day). I personally believe that there were only 1.5
million in 504 placement.
