SOES stands for Small Order Execution System--SOES traders bombard
a stock in play with a rapid fire small orders that go right past the MMs--like buybuybuybuybuybuy then sellsellsellsellsell back and forth--and they can drive stocks up and down---I myself am opposed to
SOES trading and it is my hope that it be banned someday by NASD.Max90
