Sorry if this question sounds stupid, but another stock I used to own had one single lawsuit filed against it, but the lawyers issued a press release every couple of months.

Is this the first press release that PWAV is getting sued, or has this lawsuit been around for a while? (I've only been long PWAV since mid-June)
