Since when is due diligence going back and reading/rehashing old posts? The scary
thing about the internet is that hacks like you, posing as a technical analyst, can
actually get an audience. How about we fill in a few details that you did not mention
in your disertation -
1) The insider shares sold in May were by an early investor of SRCM that bought
into the company under $1 per share and wanted(needed) to diversify holdings.
Supposedly, a major position in SRCM is still held by this venture capital group.
2) Who cares about a long gone CFO and the fact he sold his shares - maybe he got
fired and needed the money. You are a liar when you say that you know people at
SRCM and that the CFO was their pope. If you knew people at SRCM you would not
base your facts and "due diligence" on old posts from well known shorts.
3) The Colorado trial run was based on old, analog SRCM technology and cable
boxes. Completely different from how SRCM technology will be implemented today
on next generation cable boxes. Much was learned by SRCM, and all participants, in
the Colorado beta system; that was its real purpose.

4) As proof of SRCM technology not being viable, you refer readers to a post written
by a short that later admitted his lack of intimate understanding, and to the breadth,
of SRCM patents. As an engineer, focused on digital imaging technology, I believe
SRCM's patents, if enforceable, are worth billions; and are more far reaching than
TV internet.
Also, your comments about email and lack of keyboards are ludicrous;
demonstrating your lack of technical knowledge or insite.

Fact of the matter is takeover rumors were circulating in early June and nothing
occured. Something happened this week to fuel the stock and a false rumor generated
by SRCM, or its financial allies, would not have done it (institutional investors would
not bite on that).
I believe a leak came through one of the companies looking to
acquire SRCM; that would convince Wall Street. All of the floating stock has now
churned over at these appreciated levels. Where there is this much smoke there is
fire!

Pluvia, I suggest you read some of the Tuesday posts from your short friends that got
blindsided this week. You are playing with fire and will get burned.

So all take heed and stay poised yet cautious.......
