Richard <<COC doesn't mean anything unless verified>> what do you mean by this? COC by its nature means the material is verified to be free of any interference from its raw state. Ledoux had COC material, verified to be so by BD (or the other reputable engineering firm whose name escapes me now). That's why it is important to know what, if anything, was wrong with Ledoux's testing. Since that was not ascertained before this press release, the company should be working around the clock to find out what the problem is and report that as soon as possible. I have no problem with bad results being reported. However, I do have a problem with unknowns being reported that make things worse. The company could have first determined what the problem is and then released its findings, good or bad.
