I have been arguing with a couple of idiots on the Yahoo thread that claim the "sky is falling". I don't know what their angle is - they are trying to scare other investors out of GND - they must be buying! Fundamentally, this company is worth at least 50% more than it is trading at right now, and if HLT can continue to grow their casino operations at 15% and maintain GNDs growth rate, the long term future of the combined gaming entity is bright. And you're right - we will also have managers of the combined company that give a damn about their shareholders!!
