It seems that by now, everyone is admitting that They feel the company as it was, had no value.
So it seems to me, that if everyone states this, but says that they are doing it anyway, there should not be ONE critical post.
You would all be admitting the risk, there can be no one except existing share holders involved, and therefore, why would anybody who supposedly has no interest, be critical?
I mean, the excuse that they are protecting unsuspecting people, would be bogus, right?
