Jim, all the wafer suppliers are well off financially, as far as I know, and can hold for quite some time. I see the BTB of .7 in the semi equip. as a nadir which signal the turn of the industry, we probably still need the cathartic cleaning (which I expect later this year) before we can move forward, but once it becomes clear that in the chip business some balances are being reestablished, I think that WFR is going to do fine. Mind you, the number of chips shipped is still increasing it is the price per chip that the producers get which is atrociously low. The Si real estate is doomed to grow into the foreseeable future and thus capacity overhang there, will, I believe, be absorbed.
