BAPolen, Not sure if your the same gentleman from the old PRODIGY Money Talk board, but if you are this is the First Mate from the Old Scorpion Sub. I too am anxiously waiting for my settlement check, but am discouraged on the amount of my payback. Over the last 5 years i basically discarded all of my old Scorpion papers, do you recall how many outstanding shares there were? I'm trying to get a feel, I'm guessing of the 5.5 million, 1 to 1.5 million will go to the lawyers and court cost. That leaves 4 million dollars for the shareholders. If you know please let me know. Thanks TC
