Mike, I think it's a new one given the alleged "inappropriate" actions and their time periods. I use to have GEMS and it was the same way....... Just an opinion but like when brokerage houses upgrades a stock to pump and dump, it appears another click has determined a good way to make money by shorting a stock with lawsuits........... Of course the above scenario never happens, right? May be a good time to trade PWAV using stops and it's own volatility. We shall see. steve
