The info regarding commencement of Phase 2 is puzzling.On the one hand when i spoke to Lori yesterday,she said they will begin Phase 2 at the end of this month,however Reuters quotes Blitzer as saying it won't be until the end of this year.Does anyone have the correct info on this? Will the stock really move-up a couple of points if they make the Phase 2 announcements by the end of this month?
