I will make a few corrections two Chris' post. I am still installing Closet Organizers for my wife and she gave me a break. A slave driver she is gggg. Bob indicated that once the companies merge it will be profitable (new company) from the start. Voice It posted a loss due to a new product not going over in the market. About OEMs - With this new technolog these take longer to develope as they have to be hand held and walked thur the paces. Due to non-disclosure agreements, company unable to name with companies are close to signing, but the number two came up. I know we have heard this before. Two close to signing and others in various stages of talks were mention. From the list presented at the meeting you could pick any of the two that could be close. My best guess would be in one month or less. Bob stated that they were on the brink of bancruptcy SIX times in the last 12 months. Yes and No. There were six areas that any two would normally put a company into Chapter 11. But the company worked thur those areas. I would say that it would of been easier on Bob to do a Chapter 11 and start fresh but he was looking out for the shareholders that stuck by the company. Company has no long term debt or short term debt and just norm accounts payable. The Balance Sheet is clean. Inventory has decreased from 20,000 units to 10,000 units in the last 12 months, more cash flow. These are the B1 and B2 Flashbacks and not the current B3 Flashback that is currently being sold. I will post more later as I have not fully read Betty's post, it looks darn good. Just wanted to make some corrections. Jim
