Was this article taken from archives or was it recently published?
If it is the former then at the very least it describes what CPI is
up to in the biotech field. Up until now there really wasn't any way
for John Q. Public to invest in the company, now there is. If this
was recently published there may be a method to the madness, as in
pre-trial publicity. May have even hired a publicist to get the
article published. That would be a very bullish sign IMHO.
