Finch:

If you are a shareholder in IMES you ought to know the story by now. If you don't, feel free to write me off line- if you still hold shares and a committment to IMS. We are still trading shares of this public company. The co is doing quite well with the technology it has developed over the last 10+ years. A couple of rogue directors took advantage of the weakness of the other board members earlier this year, to benefit themselves (IMO,et al). Many of us thought at first, they intended to fulfill their fiduciary duties as board members. Many of us are still amazed at how far the "system" will allow something like this to go! You elect directors to carry out their assigned fiduciary duties, and when they don't, the system allows them to carry on with nary a care.

Regardless, we still remain true to our beliefs. We are still here standing up for what we believe to be right. Is there something to this company? For sure. Why would the one shareholder of IPIQ be working so hard under such difficulty if there was no there "there"?

Nuff said.

If you hold shares in IMES you ought to check in on what's at stake and get on board. Especially if the thought of giving up something you believe in makes you sick to your stomach!
