MH....I think this arms length distibution with NSC is just a formality for the settlement. Let's face it, would McLaughlin agree to any terms if it didn't seem to be finalized...I don't think so. I'm happy with the outcome. Today's market stunk for all! Next week will be better. I'm investigating more "stuff" too! Thanks for your kind words. I understand how it can appear if one gets excited about their stock. It can look like hype. But I have always wanted to see both sides. Reason being, if I can't come up with the positive for the negative then I better regroup and think things out more. This is only a beginning for immd. We will need more and I think we'll get more....in due time!. Take care and have a nice weekend. Irene
