Crucial change is that the company is on a high speed track to become a reporting company. I believe that Jon has seen what can happen to bb's that are non-reporting, subject to bashing and wild speculation,
TCBG's fiscal year did not previously end 7/31 not sure when original year end date for tcbg was. Jon has put us on the fast track to reporting staus by changing year end date to 7/31 to become reporting asap, this was covered in cc. I'm sure for some this may not become a buying situation until they are able to see full financials. To those people i wish them the best. For me the straw in pouch is revolutionary and i feel one day tcbg's packaging will become wildly popular. Others may not, that's the beauty of investing. Warren Buffet says something like, you want to buy what people think is hamburger today and sell it to them when they decide it's really filet mignon. Right now tcbg is selling for roughly $1.85 per pound,
when full financials are disclosed i'm sure you can get some steak for $3-4 a lb.
