Hi Peter, having recently spoken with K.Freeman (SUF) he indicated that they are awaiting final sign-off of the permit from the DME and anticipates to commence mining of the M1 end of July.

Also, as a reminder, upon acquiring the permit De Beers have a max of (4) months in which mining of the M1 must commence, at which point SUF may by out De Beers portion for an amount of 20 Mil.
