Money is returning to Japan::

"TOKYO, July 17 (Reuters) - Orders placed by foreign investors through 10 foreign securities houses before the start of stock trading on Friday showed a net buying stance of 2.7 million shares, market sources said.

Foreign investors placed 21.5 million shares worth of sell orders against 24.2 million shares of buys. "
