Paul..God has never spoken to me in an audible voice and i don't expect Him too. ( I don't need Him to becasue I have the Holy Spirit) God has never allowed me to see into the spirit world with my physical eyes and I expect him to do that if He has to. Other than that I operate in all the gifts of the spirit as the Spirit wills...I cor 12 I hear a voice in my spirit..that's what i mean in all the cases. Of course you don't know enough about this but the spirit world has demons. those voices will try to decieve. Thats why we should test the spirits. If something didn't line up with the Word then I would know that it is demons and not the Holy Sprit. I haven't seen demons but I've heard them audibly as Jesus used me to cast them out of people. I cast out demons in people at work during lunch. But, when I say God speaks to me its through my spirit. I pray allot. The more prayed up you are the easier it is to hare God. the more you are willing to obey the easier it is to hear God. The more you put your flesh down the easier it is to hear God. Many people say they hear God but they really just want to do somehting so bad that the other spirit fools them. Remember , I commented that one of the negatives of having money is it is easier to be out of God's will. I'm not speaking against money , but I'm saying the more money you have the more you have to pray that "God's will" will happen in your life. Does all this make sense.??? Three things you want your prayer life to do: 1. ask the impossible from God and recieve it 2. cause major trouble for the kingdom of darkness 3. casue others to pray. Just a comment on no.1 --if you are asking the imposssible from God then you are seeking His will first and asking for that. People who just let their flesh pray and ask anything will not have the impossible happen.God doesn't have to honor prayers that are fleshly. He can but He doesn't have to. I seek to ask God'swill and pray for that no matter how impossible it seems. After all if it can be accomplished with your talents then where does faith come in. It is impossible to please God w/o faith. So, If someone needed their rent paid or help to find a job.. I can do that. I might ask for God's help to do it right but I'm not going to pray that a poor person can be warmed and filled when it is w/i my abilities to just buy them gorceries. Wouldn't it be stupid if your could buy them gorcercies to pray for a miracle and have the gorceries drop out of the sky. God Bless
