As others have pointed out, this certainly appears to be the pattern with Naxos. I wouldn't at all be surprised if we see the same old game.

Also what Mark said explicitly is what I was implying earlier. I also invested new funds on the basis of Ledoux's numbers. I am going to make some calls to see if there are any remedies against Ledoux.
