Consider the manual and help files- there is a wealth of information there. Go to Start button- then Programs- then Quotes Plus Release 2.0 - then Quotes Plus Help icon. It takes you to the Table of Contents- Start with Chapter 1- and read the whole thing. Most of your questions will be answered. You need to install the historical data files in a directory called diskbuff- and then update you setup files to mark this directory such as c:\diskbuff. It should all be in the help files. Customer Service is also quite good if you call them, but I would start with the help files and the printed manual. g
