Dave: As you can see we might have all been told "No Comment" or RFP's for 300 million. Some of us might have correctly assumed that this meant RFP's...while others assumed this meant contracts. Now, the problem is that BOOB admits he uses potential contracts because he knew they were RFP's but then writes something that gives a whole new slant on the item. Was this deliberate...maybe not...but it was information that he swallowed and regurgitated incorrectly. Maybe one day this company will make it...but it was not about to happen 3 months ago. And when people like you and I called and got "No Comment", we were told that the company was told to be quiet that they might get into trouble. So the info was left to be uncontested.
