Rillinois: In the matter of living trusts, I would refer you to
the appropriate financial experts as I possess little or no ex-
pertise in this subject. My limited understanding of living trusts,
such as it is, is that they may be employed to avoid probate of
an estate and consequent legal costs and delays. From the inter-
net, I have culled the following random URL's which have some
reference to Living Trusts:

courts.co.calhoun.mi.us
elderlaw.com
eriebar.org
beachwalk.com
legal-selfhelp-books.com
basichplanning.com
akridgebalch.w1.com

If, as you say, Bill Flanagan asserted that Spyders are a species
of risky derivatives, I must have missed it. That would not have
been an unusual circumstance given my fitful slumbers under the
black willow tree during Flanagan's last several appearances.
However, said opinion might intrigue Bob Brinker who recom-
mended these representative S&P instruments in the low $90
range in January of 1998, to recall it.
