ahhaha, I think your scenario is highly probable. However, you expect a gradual correction for the stock market. I think it might go down slowly at first but then drop like a rock later this year or early next when some "exogenous force" triggers panic. In any case the Fed will react with easing as you predict.

Many thanks for your lessons in monetary phenomena. I must confess much of it makes my head swim but I learn a bit each lesson. I am convinced as you that the Fed has dropped their guard and hasn't the will to inflict pain.
