Curtis, I think he is jockeying to get any severance package. I highly doubt he will become CEO of Cendant, but I guess we'll have to wait to see what happens. I would expect strong words to come out after the pre-liminary findings are released in a coulple weeks, and definitive action when the final audit comes out in August.
