To All Shareholders and the management Formulab,
I have tried to contact the company today and have received all kinds of not in etc etc. I want those of you who are reading this to know that the JV with the phone co has been on the horison for two years in my time.

The phone answering machine has been always touted as an end of the line/maybe product and now it is the best and latest etc etc. What happened to the hardware and software etc. Where is it. We/I invested in a company with revolutionary computer hardware architecture not what they suggest they are today.
Rubbish I say, rubbish.

I will not put up with being treated like some fool investor by some shakedown Aussie/Whomever. Get the message FNCLY we shareholders are pissed.

I am tired of the BS and the management. It is my intention unless I/we receive full and immediate disclosure from the management to commence action against these felons and welcome any support.

Accountability, accountability, try to add this word to your dictionary. I am tired of business managers who think they have a right to deal with my money without accounting for their actions.
You the management of FNCLY think you owe nothing to your owners, think again and I will ensure you learn the errors of your ways.
