Heres what the 'new' group had to say when asked 1)what other companies have you been involved with and 2) whant is your relationship with THW:

Dosen't quite sound the the established respected group it was made out to be, does it? No doubt, its the McDO thing with a new name.

Currently awaitng a response from THW IR on what if anything they know of this group

I wouldn't be too worried about the copyright disclaimer from this annonymous entity. I doubt they would reveal their identity to pursue anyone, and it probably wouldn't be anything enforceable anyway.
