I agree with your thinking that we should get to the bottom of what's really happening before the shareholders get the raw end of the stick. The company says one thing. I can't understand why a private investor would take as collateral 6 million shares worth about $1 1/2 - 2 million (something they agree not to sell and give back upon repayment)and give $5 million in a loan. The company's in debt and has problems with the IRS...what kind of investor would consider this as collateral? What's it really worth????? Sandi
