It sounds like SURF, being highly leveraged, will have a large debt servicing cost and may also have a large depreciation expense once the buildout is complete. Is this the main reason why you indicated in a previous note that you didn't expect them to be profitable for a while? I also wonder whether SURF can compete with the big boys, who have much larger businesses and could presumably afford to drop the price of air time to squeeze out newcomers like SURF.

Also, you've mentioned PrimeCo a few times. I haven't been able to find any information about them. Are they a public company, or a subsidiary of a public co?
