Great ideas, Greg. Let me throw out another: people I know don't give an owls hoot about cdma, gsm or xyz. They want a phone built on "HyperConnect", "Q-Clear", or "Crystal*Q" technology. The salesperson can get into CDMA if the buyer is an inquiring-minds- want-to-know-type. Like I said before, there is a huge segment of the market who comes from the perspective of "CDMA, shmeedeeemmmaaa; what colors does it come in and can I get my e-mail". This is probably not true in countries where a tin can and string beat the current system but is, I think, where the product differentiators are more "irrational", as Houston CPA calls them. What think you?
